Nvidia announces drivers for Windows 7

While Windows 7 the new goof and talk of the town was released in its Beta version a couple of months back , there were speculations of it competing with Vista’s security as well as XP’s performance . The Beta testers have found UAC minor faults in W7 but theoperating system is said to have a stable performance . The latest feature to be provided by Windows 7 known as WARP ( Windows Advanced Rasterization Platform ) created much hype where the users can play high end games even with the lowest compatible Graphics Card or with one too …. But anyways the Graphics Cards would require drivers to run and deliver. Thus Nvidia , a GPU producing giant released drivers for the users of GeForce cards running on Beta 7. According to the company, Windows 7 will be the first Windows Operating Systems to fully integrate and take advantage of the GPU for both graphics and parallel computing. The new version 181.71 comes in both 32 and 64 bit models and supports the new Windows Display Driver Model ( WDDM) promising for improvements in both 2D and 3D applications along with Aero Desktop. Well , let us hope as promised and boasted by Microsoft , Windows 7 delivers the best Graphics environment expected by games and users world wide .
